    About the Company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a custom woodworking firm specializing in kitchens, baths, closets and all other residential millwork design and manufacturing. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finishing Department Foreman to join our team and work in a supervisory role at our factory.

    Tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Supervise and expedite Finishing Department – oversee and monitor sanding, priming, staining, spraying, and sample production.
    • Ensure safety protocol is followed within the Finishing Department at all times.
    • Direct and monitor Finishing department daily schedule, set-up, and organization.
    • Inspect completed products and monitor finish methods for quality control.
    • Compile and submit daily work reports for Finishing department.
    • Manage all communication between the Finishing Department and Shop.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of Finishing materials/tools.
    • Report to and communicate with Executive Staff regularly.
    • Assist with millwork sanding/filing, priming, spraying, staining, and painting when required.

    Requirements:
    • *Bilingual a must – fluent in English and Spanish*.
    • Experience working in Finishing in a factory setting.
    • Experience prepping, staining, painting, and spraying millwork.
    • Knowledge/understanding of Finishing products and their applications.
    • Knowledge of Finishing safety protocol.

This is a full-time position that requires strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.     • Clean and disinfect all warehouse and office restrooms, work spaces and break rooms, replenish supplies as needed

    Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking an experienced full-time Box Truck Driver to organize, load and deliver millwork via company truck to various job sites. We are seeking an experienced individual with attention to detail and a strong work ethic to deliver our reputable product with expertise and professionalism. We have a team-oriented, family atmosphere, and offer significant growth opportunities within our company.

    Requirements:
    • Clean, valid driver’s license a must
    • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) strongly preferred
    • Must have experience driving a box truck
    • Must be able to lift heavy furniture including but not limited to cabinet parts, fully assembled
    finished cabinets and other heavy items as needed
    • Must work overtime whenever needed
    • Must be able to work full-time hours that may change and often begin at 4am

    Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

    • Driving box truck to various stores, warehouses, job sites, etc. to pick up materials as needed
    • Unloading pick-up materials from box truck into our warehouse
    • Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles at all times
    • Miscellaneous chores in factory and on job sites as needed including but not limited to: wrapping cabinetry for delivery, making quick drop-offs/pickups, bringing vehicles to auto shop for repair/inspections

    Job Type: Full-time with mandatory overtime as needed (includes Saturdays as required)

    Ciuffo Cabinetry is currently seeking a full-time Laborer/Grounds Helper/Maintenance worker. We have a team-oriented, family atmosphere, and offer significant growth opportunities within our company.     Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
    – Working as a helper outside the factory with all types of projects, including but not limited to: landscape maintenance, snow removal, salt application to grounds, cleaning, raking, and collecting debris from grounds, keeping sidewalks/parking lot free of waste, helping load dumpsters and maintain dumpsters, loading/unloading trucks/vans.
    – Assisting with all-around interior factory maintenance including but not limited to: cleaning/sweeping floors, cleaning machinery, clearing debris/waste, emptying trash, inspecting and repairing light fixtures, some light machinery repairs (such as inspecting/replacing machinery parts including jigs, blades, bits etc.) Machinery to be maintained includes standard woodworking machinery – edge banders, table saws, etc.

    – Assisting as a helper inside the factory/office with transport and organization of materials/furniture, assisting with construction projects from start to finish including but not limited to: help with box building, sanding/routing woodwork, preparing materials for product assembly, assisting with cabinet assembly, wrapping/packing assembled products.

    – Loading/unloading trucks, occasionally going on deliveries and assisting delivery of cabinetry.

    – Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

    Requirements:
    – Must have a clean driver’s license
    – Must have own hand tools and be experienced with hand and power tools

    – Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

    – Construction background preferred

    – Some mechanical experience preferred

    – Experience with standard carpentry machinery and tooling a plus
    – Woodworking background a plus
    – Must be available to work full-time with mandatory overtime as needed
    – Must be available to work some mandatory weekends as needed

    – Assembling all types of cabinets and other production woodwork
    – Reading blueprints and drawings
    – Cutting and mitering frames, doors and trim
    – Sanding and routing woodwork
    – Preparing, organizing and maintaining material, product and tools necessary for cabinetry assembly
    – Maintaining consistent fast-paced work flow to meet project deadlines
    – Reviewing drawings to ensure product, accessories and components are ready for assembly

    Ciuffo Cabinetry is currently hiring a Project Estimator/Salesperson to produce, track, and manage job estimates for the company. This role requires a proactive individual with meticulous attention to detail, excellent accounting skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. We are looking for an individual who plans to stay and grow with our company as this is a long-term position intended to eventually transition to the role of Head Estimator.

    Duties and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited to the Following
    – Work directly with the Owner, Executive Team, and Head Estimator
    – Interact through email and phone daily with clients, Architects, Builders, and Designers and partners/vendors in a professional manner
    – Learn all aspects of Crows Nest and other pricing software programs to price and bid all projects
    – Learn and apply pricing procedures and methods to project estimates
    – Read, analyze, and interpret blueprint drawings/specifications
    – Calculate plan or field measurements and accurate quantity takeoffs for bid proposals
    – Produce and submit accurate, detailed bid proposals within required deadlines
    – Transcribe estimates to a formal contract for jobs acquired
    – Organize and maintain databases of estimates for all jobs
    – Track and record job costs up to project completion
    – Price and create change orders for existing jobs that require updates/changes
    – Create invoices
    – Other responsibilities may include creating purchasing orders, updating pricing models and other administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications/Requirements:

This is a fast-paced creative position that requires an individual with strong initiative, professionalism, and excellent multi-tasking/prioritizing abilities.

    Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
    • Lead and manage multiple custom kitchen/millwork projects simultaneously
    • Manage project deadlines and prioritize tasks based on deadlines
    • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and executive staff daily by phone and email
    • Use Crows Nest software daily for project input/tracking (will train to use Crows Nest)
    • Prepare samples, drawings, and other materials in lieu of project meetings
    • Attend and help lead design meetings with clientele – advise clients with creative design input regarding layout, finishes, hardware, appliances, etc.
    • Place purchase orders for hardware/materials – track orders
    • Attend site meetings, perform site measures and field surveys as needed
    • Order samples for projects and track production of samples through to completion
    • Send out samples/drawings to clients as requested
    • Draft custom kitchens and other architectural millwork in both 2D and 3D space with AutoCAD and other software
    • Perform some estimation/change orders as needed
    • Miscellaneous administrative/project-related paperwork

    Requirements
    • 3-5 years experience in custom millwork design and project management
    • Experience with AutoCAD and 2D/3D modeling, experience in Inventor and/or Revit a plus
    • Full knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Must be able to begin work at 7am, overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
    • Willing to undergo mandatory training for the first 6 weeks of employment in: construction methodology, estimation, and a new software program designed for 3D drawings, renderings, shop drawings, + presentations

This is an excellent career opportunity for someone with a millwork finishing background to excel and be a part of a talented team of professionals. Our ideal candidate will have experience preparing, staining, spraying and glazing solid and veneer wood of all different types, and will have experience creating samples and matching colors/stains.     Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
    – Preparing millwork to be sprayed/finished by sanding/filling wood.
    – Spraying all different types of solid and veneer wood (cabinets, panels, doors, and trim etc.) with primer, paint, and top coats in an enclosed paint booth setting
    – Sanding, sealing, staining, glazing and top coating all different types of solid and veneer wood (cabinets, panels, doors, and trim etc.)
    – Mixing and applying primer
    – Occasionally mixing dyes
    – Bleaching and neutralizing wood
    – Mixing catalysts, hardeners, and reducers for paint
    – Replicating stains and colors from samples
    – Maintaining inventory of finishing materials
    – Cleaning and replacing finishing filters as needed
    – Daily maintenance and cleaning of workspace
    – Cleaning spray guns and machines with brushes and cleaner

    Requirements:
    – At least 5 years of wood finishing experience
    – Must be able to work full-time, beginning early AM

    Ciuffo Cabinetry is looking for an experienced Millwork Sander to join our team. We are a high-end millwork firm specializing in custom residential cabinetry. Our ideal candidate will have experience sanding and buffing millwork. We offer the right candidate a competitive salary based on experience with overtime available, 401K with matching, flexible savings, health insurance, and vacation time.

    Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
    – Sanding all different types of solid and veneer wood for cabinets, panels, doors, trim etc.
    – Sanding and buffing finishes of all sheens and specialty finishes on all different types of solid and veneer wood
    – Sanding and buffing with mechanical sander and sanding by hand with block sanders and sandpaper
    – Cleaning and organizing work station and surrounding areas
    – Clearing excess sawdust by sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning surface areas
    – Possible hand polishing

    Requirements:
    – Experience sanding millwork required
    – Experience hand polishing millwork a plus, but not a must
    – Must be able to work full-time, beginning early AM
    – Must be able to work mandatory weekends and overtime as needed
