About the Company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a custom woodworking firm specializing in kitchens, baths, closets and all other residential millwork design and manufacturing. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced millwork drafter to join our team as a Draftsman with a primary focus on CNC Programming.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, hand drawings, and/or AutoCAD drawings and designs.
  • Utilize IX (we will train), AutoCAD final engineer and process kitchens and other millwork to the CNC.
  • Program CNC from CAD/CAM design drawings using IX and Enroute software.
  • Communicate with vendors, shop foreman and executive team daily.
  • Place and track orders for project materials as needed.
  • Work with shop on construction methods and installation plans.
  • Engineer and manage assigned project data.
  • Miscellaneous drafting work as needed in IX and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

  • Relevant drafting and CNC programming experience in a millwork, kitchen cabinetry, and/or wood manufacturing facility – experience with high end custom millwork a big plus.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be available to work full time hours with 7am start time.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays as required.

Pay is dependent upon skills/experience. 

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a full-time Designer to join our Team of professionals. Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture and/or Design and have custom millwork experience. Designers at Ciuffo Cabinetry lead multiple projects, and assist in overseeing the production and installation of their projects’ custom millwork.  This position offers potential for more responsibilities beyond the listed tasks and would allow for significant growth within our organization.

Tasks Include (But Are Not Limited To)

  • Drafting and designing custom-made kitchens and other architectural millwork in both 2D and 3D space.
  • Communicating with clients, partners, and vendors on a regular basis through calls, and emails.
  • Attending client meetings at our office and project sites.
  • Ordering and tracking samples both in-house and externally, and setting up delivery of samples to clients.
  • Keeping meticulous records of all relevant project information and correspondence.
  • Creative Designing – assisting clients with finish selections/hardware, cabinetry style, advising space layouts, organizational solutions, etc.
  • Overseeing assigned projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and communication is maintained.
  • Communicating with the Shop Team for production and execution of custom millwork.
  • Communicating with the Installation Team as they install custom millwork products on-site.
  • Completing project related paperwork as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in custom millwork and kitchen drafting.
  • 5+ years’ experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling – experience in Inventor and/or Revit a plus.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Creative millwork design
  • 7am-8am daily start time, willing to put in OT as needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Training for the first 6 weeks of employment in construction methodology and completion of an in-house software program for 3D drawings, renderings, shop drawings, + presentations.
  • Experience in the high end/custom residential market strongly desired.

Ciuffo Cabinetry has an exciting opportunity for a Woodworking Production Manager/Manufacturing Expeditor to join our team and work in a supervisory role at our factory.  This position requires a confident, multi-tasking decisive leader with a team-player mentality and strong follow-through, and supervisory experience on the manufacturing level.

Tasks for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise shop employees – monitor work execution and production quality
  • Handle all communication between the shop and the office
  • Read/interpret production drawings and instructions
  • Direct and monitor shop employee’s to-do lists, set-up, and organization
  • Daily work reports for production and deliveries
  • Expedite all fabrication start to finish with all teams including installation team
  • Work with Operations Manager to create daily schedules for installers and shop employees
  • Monitor inventory
  • Submit orders to Purchasing as needed
  • Communicate and meet with executive staff regularly to discuss production schedule and project statuses
  • Analyze and propose ways to limit waste and increase production in the shop and beyond

Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisory role required
  • Experience working in manufacturing in a factory setting
  • Woodworking experience
  • Must be handy and mechanically inclined
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent multi-tasking skills

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a motivated individual to oversee all outgoing operations during the morning shift at our Shop. Our AM Operations + Logistics Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all Installers and Drivers are 100% prepared for their assigned jobs prior to leaving the factory each morning. This position requires prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Review daily Installer schedule the day prior to each morning shift, communicate with Executive team for any questions/concerns when needed.
  • Help inspect, wrap, and tag cabinet parts/materials going out as needed.
  • Report to 3:30am shift each morning to oversee all outgoing operations for the day – work with shop team to:
  • Check that all materials needed for each job site are accounted for including but not limited to: hardware, cabinetry, tools, paint/touch-up materials, and specialty pieces.
  • Inspect and ensure all outgoing materials are wrapped and protected properly prior to going into vans/trucks.
  • Load/pack cabinet parts/materials into vans + trucks for delivery as needed.
  • Check that all vans/trucks have been stocked with correct outgoing items.
  • Communicate with any Installers/drivers that have not reported to work/are late.
  • Brief all Installers and Drivers before they leave to address any questions/concerns and ensure they understand their tasks for the day.
  • Deliver or arrange delivery of any needed/missing items to job sites as required.
  • Communicate with Installers/Drivers to assist with any questions from road/job sites.
  • Use software to pull from inventory what is needed while working with purchasing manager.
  • Miscellaneous chores in factory as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work full time hours with early 3:30am daily start time, OT as needed.
  • Shipping experience in a manufacturing setting a plus.
  • Power tool experience + some woodworking experience a plus.
  • Ability to drive a box truck, CDL a plus.
  • Punctual, hard-working, and responsible.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Forklift experience a plus.

Ciuffo Cabinetry is looking to add a full-time Custom Kitchen & Millwork Draftsman to join our team. We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented individual with substantial experience in high-end, luxury millwork drafting and rendering. The responsibilities for this position will consist of AutoCAD drafting and rendering custom-made kitchens and other architectural millwork primarily in 3D and occasionally 2D space.

Requirements
• Experience with AutoCAD, drafting kitchens and other millwork
• Proficiency with 3D/2D rendering using industry standard programs
• Experience creating luxury renderings of high-end kitchens and other millwork
• Experience with architectural hardware
• Must be available to begin hours at 7am and work overtime as needed
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints for rendering

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking an experienced full-time Box Truck Driver to organize, load and deliver millwork via company truck to various job sites. We are seeking an experienced individual with attention to detail and a strong work ethic to deliver our reputable product with expertise and professionalism. We have a team-oriented, family atmosphere, and offer significant growth opportunities within our company.

Requirements:
• Clean, valid driver’s license a must
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) strongly preferred
• Must have experience driving a box truck
• Must be able to lift heavy furniture including but not limited to cabinet parts, fully assembled
finished cabinets and other heavy items as needed
• Must work overtime whenever needed
• Must be able to work full-time hours that may change and often begin at 4am
• Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
• Punctual, responsible, attention to detail a must

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
• Driving the company Box Truck, Sprinter Vans, or short vans from Bayport office to job sites across Long Island, Manhattan, and the Tri-State Area
• Delivering millwork to various job sites, carefully unloading millwork out of truck upon arrival
• Driving box truck to various stores, warehouses, job sites, etc. to pick up materials as needed
• Unloading pick-up materials from box truck into our warehouse
• Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles at all times
• Miscellaneous chores in factory and on job sites as needed including but not limited to: wrapping cabinetry for delivery, making quick drop-offs/pickups, bringing vehicles to auto shop for repair/inspections

Job Type: Full-time with mandatory overtime as needed (includes Saturdays as required)

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a motivated individual to manage our Shipping Department, oversee shipping materials, keep meticulous inventory of parts waiting to ship, manage schedule of parts waiting for assembly and schedule shipping with the operations manager. This position requires prior Shipping experience in a manufacturing setting, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Unload, unpack and organize receiving materials for assembly and construction of parts
  • Assemble some receiving materials as needed
  • Use software to pull from inventory what is needed on a daily basis while working with purchasing and inventory manager
  • Keep inventory of shipping items, communicating with inventory and purchasing manager
  • Track inventory and update daily
  • Pull items for daily and weekly use
  • Biannual complete inventory review
  • Wrap, tag, and inspect cabinet parts/materials going out as needed
  • Load/pack cabinet parts/materials into vans + trucks for delivery as needed:

–             Work with team to assemble, wrap, pack parts for shipping

–             Manage a team of shipping and wrapper folks along with driver

–             Ensure safe loading of trucks

–             Move vans into position for loading and unloading.

  • Miscellaneous chores in factory

Requirements

  • Shipping + inventory experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Must be able to work full time hours with early AM start time – 4AM or earlier
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
