Ciuffo Cabinetry is currently seeking an experienced Administrative assistant to support their Executive team. This position is a very fast-paced role that requires significant multi-tasking and strong initiative. The Administrative Assistant will take on many clerical tasks and assist the Executive team throughout the life cycle of multiple custom millwork projects as needed.
Responsibilities Include
- Daily clerical work including but not limited to: scanning/filing meeting notes, taking messages, scanning and/or printing drawings.
- Assist Executive team with client emails, phone calls, meeting scheduling.
- Train and use Crows Nest software as required.
- Follow up with Executives on high-priority tasks, give meeting and call reminders, etc.
- Support progress of various projects through tracking/recording of samples, addressing client Q+As, logging finish selections, attending meetings/calls/Zooms, and keeping/storing detailed records.
- Keep conference area clean and organized at all times.
- Prepare conference area for incoming meetings with samples, printed drawings, etc.
- Attend meetings as requested, take notes, order food for clients, scan paperwork and drawings, etc.
- Assist with organization and preparation of office/shop meetings, special events, etc.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Required Skills/Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative setting, experience in design/manufacturing industry a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced millwork drafter to join our team as a Draftsman with a primary focus on CNC Programming.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, hand drawings, and/or AutoCAD drawings and designs.
- Utilize IX (we will train), AutoCAD final engineer and process kitchens and other millwork to the CNC.
- Program CNC from CAD/CAM design drawings using IX and Enroute software.
- Communicate with vendors, shop foreman and executive team daily.
- Place and track orders for project materials as needed.
- Work with shop on construction methods and installation plans.
- Engineer and manage assigned project data.
- Miscellaneous drafting work as needed in IX and AutoCAD.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced individual with attention to detail and a strong work ethic to deliver our reputable product with expertise and professionalism. • Clean, valid driver’s license a must
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) strongly preferred
• Must have experience driving a box truck
• Must be able to lift heavy furniture including but not limited to cabinet parts, fully assembled

• Must work overtime whenever needed
• Must be able to work full-time hours that may change and often begin at 4am

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a motivated individual to manage our Shipping Department, oversee shipping materials, keep meticulous inventory of parts waiting to ship, manage schedule of parts waiting for assembly and schedule shipping with the operations manager. This position requires prior Shipping experience in a manufacturing setting, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Unload, unpack and organize receiving materials for assembly and construction of parts
- Assemble some receiving materials as needed
- Use software to pull from inventory what is needed on a daily basis while working with purchasing and inventory manager
- Keep inventory of shipping items, communicating with inventory and purchasing manager
- Track inventory and update daily
- Pull items for daily and weekly use
- Biannual complete inventory review
- Wrap, tag, and inspect cabinet parts/materials going out as needed

Ciuffo Cabinetry is looking for an experienced Millwork Sander to join our team. We are a high-end millwork firm specializing in custom residential cabinetry. Our ideal candidate will have experience sanding and buffing millwork. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
– Sanding all different types of solid and veneer wood for cabinets, panels, doors, trim etc.
– Sanding and buffing finishes of all sheens and specialty finishes on all different types of solid and veneer wood
– Sanding and buffing with mechanical sander and sanding by hand with block sanders and sandpaper
– Cleaning and organizing work station and surrounding areas
– Clearing excess sawdust by sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning surface areas
– Possible hand polishing
Requirements:
– Experience sanding millwork required

– Must be able to work full-time, beginning early AM

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
• Lead and manage multiple custom kitchen/millwork projects simultaneously
• Manage project deadlines and prioritize tasks based on deadlines
• Communicate effectively with our team of designers, clients, vendors, and executive staff daily by phone and email
• Use ERP software daily for project input/tracking (will train)
• Prepare samples, drawings, and other materials in preparation of project meetings
• Attend and travel to site meetings
• Complete take-offs for hardware/materials and specify and engineer said items
• Attend site meetings, perform site measures and field surveys as needed
– Ensure the proper install of millwork on site
• Complete RFI, RFQ, and transmittals to clients, vendors, and members of the project

– Complete first drafts, redlines, submittals and Engineering details
• Perform some estimation/change orders as needed

• Experience with AutoCAD and 2D/3D modeling,
• Experience with Inventor and/or Revit a plus
